01Use of communication channels
Use in-game voice and text channels appropriately. Spam, excessively loud or annoying sounds, constant shouting and deliberate abuse of communication channels may be sanctioned.
02Team killing (TK)
Intentional team killing will be sanctioned. Moderation reviews accidents during normal play in context, taking into account the circumstances, repetition and intent.
03Toxic language and disrespect
Toxic, racist, homophobic or other discriminatory behaviour, threats, serious provocation and disrespect towards players are not allowed. An explicit insult is not required for behaviour to count as toxic. Disrespect towards Rubezh moderators or staff while they are performing their duties may be treated as an aggravating factor.
04Team sabotage
Deliberately harming your own team or preventing others from playing normally is forbidden. This includes abusing vehicles, resources, buildings, equipment or other game mechanics with the intention of harming the team.
05Cheats, hacks and exploits
Using cheats, hacks, external software intended to gain an unfair advantage or other illegitimate game modifications may result in a permanent server ban. Deliberately exploiting bugs for an unfair advantage may also be sanctioned.
06Deliberately ruining the match
Behaviour intended to ruin, block or deliberately disrupt the normal course of a match may be sanctioned. Moderation considers the context, intent and seriousness of the situation.
07Propaganda and controversial topics
The server is for playing. Political or religious propaganda, ideological arguments and deliberately controversial topics used to create conflict in text or voice chat may be sanctioned. Role-play or an occasional joke that causes no conflict and breaks no other rule will not be pursued.
08Impersonating Rubezh or the staff
Deliberately impersonating a moderator, administrator, staff member or Rubezh community representative is forbidden. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, this may lead to a server ban.
09Reports and evidence
To report a player, create a support ticket or contact moderation on Discord. Provide videos, screenshots or other evidence whenever possible so the facts can be checked. Deliberately false accusations intended to harm another player may be sanctioned.
10How moderation acts
Moderators may intervene when a situation amounts to clear abuse of mechanics, sabotage, harassment or serious disruption of the server, even if the exact case is not described word for word in these rules. Sanctions depend on seriousness, intent, repetition and the player’s record. Decisions may be reviewed by the responsible Rubezh staff when necessary. Submit an appeal to request a review of a ban.
